​You may return any new kit purchased from Ecove.live. Whether arrives in damaged condition or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If you want to change product , Ecove.live will send you new product in 14 days.

We will deliever on every month last Thursday. Normally needs 7-14 days shipping time. The shipping price in US area is 20 USD and other country is 70 USD. If your address is not availiable, our customer service helper will contact you.
